H4 Restamping Process
Hi all,
I have benefited a lot from this forum. Thanks a lot, but this is my first post.
My husband has got his H1 extended recently and I would like to travel next month to the US. But I have had a L1 Blanket Visa rejected last month.
1. Should I attend a PA again to get my new extended H4 stamped in my passport? I was told initially that I can just go and drop my passport at the office for stamping.
2. After H4 extension, can I travel to US in H4 and at the same time Process my L1 individual from there?
3. If yes, can I continue to stay there after applying a COS or should I travel back to get it stamped and then travel again?
