1: I came on H1b visa to US on 18th June 2014, my visa stamping is valid till Aug 30th 2016.
2: I recently changed my employer to TSI and got a new 1797 petition which is valid from (22 Apr 2016 - 21 Apr 2017)

    My concerns

1ue to some personal obligations i have to go India on July 29th and planning to return on Aug 20th , as my visa is going to expire on AUG 30th 2016 . Do i have to apply for visa again with my new petition ? or i can make the travel with my old visa status which is valid till Aug 30th 2016 .
(In India, visa stamping dates at all Embassies are not available until Sept 21st 2016)

2: if i can come back to US with my old visa , is there any complications in bringing my spouse here to US on H4 after August 30th 2016.

Upon your exit you are supposed to hand over the I-94 that came as part of the I797.

    1. You can but upon return you will most likely get I-94 only till 30-Aug-2016. If you do, then you will have to file for extension again.
    2. Don't see any as long as you have valid I-94 and I797 beyond 30-Aug-2016.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
