    L1B to H4 to H1B

    Hi,

    My wife L1b extension is getting expired in October,16(Completed 5 years from 2011-2016) and no more extension or days recaptured available. I am on H1b Visa.
    My Question is: Can we apply H4 visa for my wife from November'16 to March'17 and then apply for H1b in April'17.
