H1 B extension with new employer on revoked I-140- Please reply
Hello
i got an offer from Company B who agreed to use Copy of my approved I-140 with my current company A. and agreed to file an extension of the visa for another 3 Years
My Current company A said that they will revoke I-140 if i leave employment immediately
Company B told me that they will start my GC after 3 years only
Can company B extend my H1B post 3 years with the revoked copy of I -140
please reply , its urgent and important to me
