How to prepare for interview?

Het guys,
Got my visa interview in the Mumbai Consulate for H-1b stamping in April. Al you people who have been through the route, could you kindly guide me as to how to go about preparing for interview? What are the kind of questions asked? What are the documents that are required to be taken? Any words of advice would soothe some nerves here.

r u going for 1st time? or just going to stamping to extend ur visa?
Follow the guidelines from VFS' website. And just be confident. And dont worry! If your company is not ****, documents are in order, then there is nothing to worry. If u r going for extension, then have ur paystubs, tax returns, letter from employer, I-797C - approval (not the receipt) notice and u shud be fine
