I received an RFE for the H1B filed this year. There are list of things requested by USCIS - one of which states below.
Firms of individuals in the industry: Provide letters or affidavits from firms or individuals in the industry that attest that such firms routinely employ and recruit only degreed individuals in a specific specialty.
Me employer is preparing the expert opinion letter to address the RFE. However, I feel the expert opinion letter should be achieved from an outside organization or an individual (outside my company). Has anyone submitted the expert opinion letter prepared by their own employer ?
Please advise.
