Hi,
My H1B got picked last year and I got it stamped in India through my current employer in last October. My H1B is valiid till 2018. However, there are no US projects in my current company currently and I am looking for alternate options to travel to USA and work there. What are all the options available for me now ?
1. If I can find an employer who is ready to transfer, can I get my H1B transfered and travel to USA to work for this company?
2. For the above case, do I need to get it stamped again as my employer has changed ?. Are there any risks involved in this if I have to go for stamping again.
Can you please provide me with suggestions and options.
