Not able to get my DL renewed. Details not found in DMV immigration sysytem

Hi,

I came to US in 2014 and got my license in US.

Now I changed my job and moved from Delaware to New jersey. My petition is transfered and extended but I didnt travel to india. When i went to DMV for my driver's license renewal/transfer they tell me that they can not find any entry in their immigration system. And hence they can not process and asked me to go to USCIS to get it done. uSCIS cannot do it as they cannot enter in their system the new details untill i travel to india. My DL expires in 10 days. DMV cannot help in anyway as they say. Can u guys help me get through the problem if someone has faced the same?

Did you get an I94 as part of the new I797?
