Can anyone please confirm how many times can someone reschedule an appointment with the embassy for non immigrant H1B visa. I couldnt find a specific number of times anywhere on the web.

May be 5 times. After that it wouldn't allow you to change. I tried to get best dates trying to permute different dates. But, after several trials, I couldn't alter anymore. So, be careful. Think about what is best option before doing any alterations.
