Previous extension denied L1B years count to new H1B

I was in the USA on L1B for 2 years 4 months and then filed for extension which got denied, I left to india. Stayed in India for a year and then applied for a H1b, now I am in USA on a H1b. Will the years stayed on my previous L1b count here?

What was the difference, in days, between L1 exit, and, H1 petition filing date?

I left US on feb 2013, that was my L1 exit and the H1 petition was filed on April 2014.

In that case the previous L1 stay would not be counted.
