I am on F2 visa ,valid till 2009.
My spouse has got a job at a University( non profit organisation, does not come under the usual quota) and his and mine I 797 is expected any time in about 15 days.
My Spouse's f1 visa has expired and he is on valid OPT till 31st July
Meanwhile I intend to visit India in May.
Can I get my H4 stamped taking an appointment and having all the documents?
Is it necessary that my spouse's H1 B should be stamped before me?
