Hello,
Recently I have got my H1B and my wife’s H4 extension approved but unfortunately, we did not receive any approval notice for my daughter which I filed along with my Wife’s H4.
When inquired USCIS a few times on this, they sent a couple of letters recently stating that there wasn’t more than one beneficiary details on their system and had advised us on filing for a new I539, despite telling them that my daughter’s details are on filed petition. Further call with CIS, they asked us to take an appointment with CIS. I have the copy of my I539 that I filed and it has my daughter's details on the supplement section.
Has anyone gone through this situation and what is the general advise on this? Will they deport my 4 year old daughter if they are not convinced with the proofs?
Thank you!
