Hi,
I got my H1 approved on 2015 while i was in USA on L1 and started working on H1 from oct 2015. I came to india for vacation on May 2016 and went for stamping. But VO put my visa in Admin Process and still in same state. It has been more than 40 days with no update on my case. Also my current H1 expires on Sep 2016.
Pls suggest me some ideas how to proceed here to get hold of my H1. Since only few more months left, i should travel back to USA and apply for extension before it expires.
