regarding additional administrative processing

I have attended for H1 B visa in chennai on 20th jan,but i came out with a query ( additional administrative processing),I didn't get any call from consulate,can any one have idea regarding this query if so please let me know @ polasunil@yahoo.com

No reply from them yet. Chennai Consulate people r just sleeping
