H1 B reinstate

i was holding a h1b from organization A. It was stamped and expired on 15th Sept 2015. i joined organization B.While Applying for Cab exempt found petition is being revoked and never intimated.I have never traveled USA on the same. How can i reinstate or what is the possible way to travel using the same H1b?I have only I 797 B with me.
