Hello,
I have H1 b petition approved from last year .But my current employer has not yet requested for visa stamping for me .
My husband works in US and have H1 b.He wants to apply H4 visa for me n my Kid. I want to know in case he files the H4 dependent visa request via his company , And my employer confirms the visa stamping in between the timeframe of H4 interview Date.
I cancel the H4 interview. But does it creates any legal issues for employer of my husband or impacts my current visa stamping for H1 b.
Please suggest. Based on this reply I am planning to file for H4 else I need to keep on waiting for 2 months more for my current employer to confirm for H1 b.
