Change job while waiting for H1 Approval
Hello People,
I studied in USA, and started working in Nov 2015. My company applied for H1-B in April 2016 and my application was picked in lottery.
Unfortunately, my company laid off many people, including me in June 2016. My opt ends in Sep 2016
My question is
Can I transfer my H-1B to a new company now, if so what is the procedure ( My previous company has confirmed that they won't cancel the H1-B application and will help in providing all the information )
Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated
