I am on F1 Visa and my F1 OPT is valid till Oct 2016. My Husband is on H1B. His visa is expiring in Dec 2016.
So we filed his extension in premium processing and we also filed my F1 to H4 COS(Change of status) application, H4 EAD application together.
Now we have received mail saying that my H4 will be valid from Dec 2016 to Dec 2019. I was expecting my H4 to start from July 2016.
We mentioned start date as July 2016 on I-539 form.
Please suggest what we can do now?
