H1b amendment/extension(Current Employer) and H1 Transfer(Emp 2) same time.

Hello-
My current employer has filled my H1b amendment(Location change) and H1b extension both under premium processing. I got selected in another company and my new employer wants to file H1b transfer at the same time under premium processing. My Visa Expiration date is Dec 2016.

Will it be an issue. Will my current employer come to know about this because there will be H1b Amendment/extension and transfer at the same time. All under premium processing. Thanks!
