H1B and H4 Stamping In India

Hi Team,

I went to India on June 1st week. Unfortunately I have got H1B interview slot on Oct4th 2016.

My Concern is my wife is on F1 visa when she was in USA. But now she wants to convert to H4.

My Wife needs H4 I797 or her F1 I797 is enough to get H4 Stamp?.

Neither, she needs your valid and approved I797, marriage certificate, and your latest pay stubs.

I am staying in India till October 2016 from June 2016 with US Salary. So If I show US Pay Stubs, will there be any Issue?.
