    IWP Dropbox process - Can someone else drop documents

    Hi

    My wife is currently in India and has to submit H4 extension under IWP dropbox. The nearest IWP location is far from our house.

    To submit the documents (not for collection), does she need to go in person or someone else can do it on her behalf.

    Also is there some format for authority letter to collect passports. Thanks
