Hi,
I have a question regarding H4 to H1. My wife got her H1 approved last year in Nov 2015 however she was not ready to work that time since she had some personal issue. Her H1B was never activated however she was staying here on H4. Now that she wants to work she needs to apply for H4 to H1 change of status however she wants to work for a new company. Can that company apply for her H1B transfer together with change of status without the pay stubs? She does not have any pay slips since she did not work here. However she has the approved I-797 copy. What is the best alternative for her?
Any suggestions would really be appreciated.
