Employer A filed my H1b future (permanent job ) and my current employer B filed my H1b (contractor) both got approved. I am planning to go to India and come back with H1b stamping with employer A.
Do I need to take any precautions before I go for H1b stamping?
My current employer wants me to work for him for few months till my contract ends with client.
Can I work both job? As my client will allow to work remotely for few months?
Does Employer B have to amend my H1 for concurrent H1? Does amendment require to work remotely and less than 40 hours (around 30-35)?
