Change the Location for Visa Interview

I have filled up form 160 for Visa Appointment with location as new Delhi & the corresponding Visa Payment has been made.
But I'm not able to get any appointment in Delhi till Dec 2016; while we have few slots available in Mumbai for Sep/ Oct 2016. How do I change my location from Delhi to Mumbai?
Do I need to fill a new 160? If yes, do I need to make payment again as previous payment was against a different 160 Confirmation number?

I cant answer your question but I have the same query. I booked my tickets already, filled out my DS-160 and paid the fees. I am coming to India for a month from Aug 12 to Sept 10 and cant find any consular interview dates between these particular dates. You said you saw dates available in September in Mumbai? Because the first available date I see is October 19th. Please let me know if you find a solution.

Dates open intermittently whenever someone cancels.. I did saw open dates in Sept for both Mumbai & Delhi as recently as Monday, 7/25.
I have to travel to India in Oct.. & not able to find any dates during that month
