Does H-1 Stamping needed If I have a valid visa with my previous employer?

This is Balaji and am working with Employer B in USA.

Am planning to visit India during October for my vacation and I have my stamped visa(Valid till oct-2017) with my previous employer Employer A in my old passport. Since my old passport is expired I got the new one last month.

Do I need to go for Visa stamping in India for my current employer B or can I travel with the stamped one in my old passport with my previous employer A?

Adding to that I travelled to another US location for my project and the amendment has been filed with USCIS – Does it have any effect with my travel to India?

My dependents will be travelling alone when they return back – they also have stamped visa in the passport - any inputs about that?

Any information is greatly appreciated.
