Trying to understand H1B Cap Exempt process
Here is my case ..
I had H1B visa approved in OCT 2013 by Employer A in India, Later I have resigned from Employer A in Dec 2014 and I did not travel at all.
Visa stamp on my passport and my I 797 petition expired in Jun 2016, now I want to know
1. If I can file H1B cap exempt from an employer B.
2.If I am eligible for cap exempt H1b, am I eligible for all 6 years because I have not traveled at all.
3. Do I need to go for stamping again?
Can some body help me understand?
