Hi,
I am on H1 in US from last one month and my wife has an appointment for H4 in march last week. My quetions are
1) We wrote about original petition should be with her, is it very mandadtory as I have it along with me , i bought that to US as I thought I might require that for SSN or immigration
2) She has a L1 for next 21/1 yrs from the same employer , but since she cannot be moved to a project , she is going for H4, will immigration people cancel her L1 or she will be granted a separate visa. what is advisable in such case.
Please reply on this asap.
