Please suggest :
My Employer filed H-1B petition this year in March 2016 and It was selected in lottery in April 2016. In the last week of July 2016, I have checked my USCIS Case Status for H-1B Visa (FY 2017) and It is showing as ‘Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed’.
I have checked with attorney, but they are saying to contact the internal immigration Team. I have not received RFE Questions from my employer a yet.
Biggest Question in my case is - Client Letter (It will be a problem to receive letter from client because my project is going to be over in next 3 months)
My LCA is showing 2 locations - 1) LCA 1 - My Employer's US Office Address ; 2) LCA 2 - My Client's Address
Is there any alternative of client letter in my situation?
I have 2 options -
1. Can my employer provide client letter from different project operating at different location by filing the new LCA for the same petition ?
2. Can 'Partner' in my US Firm provide the supporting letter to justify ?
Please let me know.
