Hello Gurus,
I am going to india to get the H1B stamping second time (still with same employer) and planning to use the dropbox option.
In DS-160 there is question about any visa refusal. In my case I applied a blanket L1 visa in 2010 (first US visa) and it was refused due to lack of documentation. With in a month my employer filed a L1-Individual petion and it got approved. So, now my question is:
1. Do I need mention this in DS-160.
2. If Yes, Do I still eligible for a dropbox option.
Please confirm.
