RFE in H1B Amendment. Can I file H1B Extension along with RFE documents.

Hello All,

My employer filed H1B Amendment on December 1st week, 2015 as I got new client. I got RFE on July 1st week, 2016. CIS is asking Client letter. My attorney is going to submit RFE docs soon. Also, My Current H1B is finishing on 1st week of November, 2016. My Question is "Can I file H1b extension documents along with RFE response of Amendment"

Any thoughts or idea.

Note :: My attorney is not suggesting to file both at same time. He suggested to get RFE approval first and then file H1b Extension.
