H1B to L2
Hi,
I am currently on H1B and wants to change status to L2 and concurrently file EAD application. My query is:
1. Once I switch to L2, can i switch back to H1B using my existing petition, if I find an employer for transfer.
2. At what USCIS address shall i mail my L2 and EAD applications. i am currently in Wisconsin state.
3. What fee should i pay to USCIS, do i even need to pay Biometric fee.
