Hello,
My Employer filed for my H1B extension Last year. When I got my approval(I129 ) I noticed that there was a mistake on my Date of Birth. Hence I asked the Company lawyer to file for an Amendment. I have received a new I797A(I102 petition for replacement of Initial/ Arrival departure document) approval.
But here I see that
1. My Receipt number has now changed to an "SRC" number and
2.The name of the petitioner has changed to my name Instead of My company's name.
I was planning to go to India and use the dropbox to stamp my visa.
What receipt number shall I use for my Stamping ? the New "SRC-" or the the one from the original (I129) petition "EAC-". And shall the petitioner be My name as in the new I797 or My company's Name as per old I 797.
