Employer fraud activity related to paystubs
Hi,
This is my story.
I filed for an H1 through consultant company from india. I got picked up in lottery. They assigned me some **** project and client letter at the time when boarding to US. As i knew already that after visiting there i have to give interviews.
now its been 2 months they didn't get any openings for me due to various reasons. So as per law they have to pay me for 2 months and they are paying as well.
But here is the twist in the story.
Their main head called me and said we will provide you paycheck, you go visit bank en-cash it and give it back to us. ( Could you believe this !) He also said if i reveal this to anyone he will terminate me on the spot.
I didn't have salary slip to look for transfer. I am staying on company's accommodation and i am single. Going to india would be last option.
What choice do i have ?
