Unable to schedule H4 visa appointment for spouse using my profile on CGIFederal site

I was not sure how to add spouse details in my profile on https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ so I contacted them and asked the steps.
I followed the steps and added spouse details.

When I am reaching to Fee receipt number screen, it is asking to pay visa appointment fee for both me and my spouse even though I just want to schedule her H4 visa appointment using my profile. I already have my H1B visa stamped.

Please advise me in this matter so that I can pay the fees only for spouse and book appointment for her then.
