can someone please answer the following queries

1. how soon can we get a divorce if both partners are in H1 and want to go for a mutual consent ?

2. if the partners are living separately already can the divorce be sooner?
3. also how should we go about filing this divorce application is there any fast track process? should we be filing in india if both partners are in US .

This is really not an immigration question. Is there a question about status of any person after divorce?

If you fall within the jurisdiction of the local court, then divorce is only a matter of 45 days in the US, it will certainly take more time than that if the process were to be initiated in India.
