My wife's H4 visa expired 30th Sep 2015, she is going to India in October and will be getting it renewed.
Currently when I fill out the application on ustraveldocs website, because the visa has expired within the last 12 months, she is eligible for dropbox.
But, when she will be India actually going for dropbox, it would have been expired for more than 12 months.
The customer care rep asked me to print the dropbox eligibility confirmation letter now and present it when she goes in for her renewal.
I am confused as to what should be done, should I opt for dropbox, or state that the visa has been expired for more than 12 months(which is as of today and before 30th Sep 2016 a false statement).
Any help in this matter will be appreciated.
