Hi All,
I am working in Company A on H1B Visa and have got a new offer from Company B. My wife is in India and planning to come to USA on H4 Visa. Can she apply for her Visa with the petition from Company A as by the time she goes to the Consular Interview I would be working in Company B with a fresh petition. Does she have to wait till I get my new H1B petition approved by Company B? If that is the case still my H1B Visa would be pointing to Company A only. Would that create an issue?
