H1B VISA- CAP Exempt Queries

Hello,

I have the below situation. Could anyone please help me?
1) I have H1B Stamping from my previous employer (ABC) and currently I joined XYZ. When I checked USCIS site for status of my H1B Visa by providing Receipt #, it displayed below message:

Revocation Notice Was Sent
On May 14, 2014, we revoked the approval of your case, Receipt Number YYYY YYYY XX, and mailed you a revocation notice. It explains the reasons for our action. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials.

2) I haven't traveled to US for a single time.
3) My Visa got expire on 30-SEP-2015.

Query is 1) Can my current employer XYZ file for a CAP Exempt ?
2) Or, with this Visa am I eligible to join H1B Sponsored companies?

I depends upon why the H1 was revoked. When was it applied?
