H1B Stamping - Past 221g

My friend got 221g last time in 2010. He was told his company is not found in the database; he was working for a small consulting compnay . His employer said consulate wanted to do education verfification. He got visa in 2 months, we dont know what was the reason of 221g - small company or education verfication,

Now we are planning to go to India. He is wokring for an american company as full time employee and has also done MBA... Will there be any issues this time? We are going to New Delhi. Anyone has any experience with past 221g and then successsful visa stamping 2nd time?
