H1-B and H4 Visa stamping vaiwer process

Hi All,

I am travelling to India in month of Nov'2016 and need some help with Interview waiver program.

1. I changed my employer from ABC to XYZ.
2. My stamped visa expired in September 2015.
3. While scheduling appointment- website says I am qualify for Dropbox facility.

So 12 months are counted from the day we physically submit documents to Dropbox or the day I submitted request on the Visa appointment site? Still two month to go and by then my visa will be expired by 14 months.

Add 365 to your end date found on your previous I 797 approval. This is the date by which the US Consulate must receive your passport and all documents from the drop box office. It is NOT the date when you drop your documents.

For example: If your visa was valid till Sep 13 2015. The last date to qualify for drop box is Sep 12 2016 because it takes 1 day to send your documents to the US Consulate. Therefore, dont push it till the last minute.
