Hello,
I worked in US for around 1.5 years and my h1 was with company A. Due to some personnel emergency I came back India by resigning Company A.
My Visa is valid in passport till March 2017 and cross cheeked in USIS portal and petition is still valid.
Now im planning to travel to US ,for that I found one company B for my H1 transfer .As per them I don’t need go for visa stamping and I can still travel with the receipt number.
I have an urgent need to travel to my home country for two weeks (during Aug end).
1) Can I travel back to US only with my receipt? I have valid visa stamped in my passport till March 2017. Am worried that whether i'll be having any problems in Port of Entry.
2) Is there anything that I need to take care while travelling to US?
3) I don't need to go for stamping - Please confirm this too.
