Hi,
I need to get a question clarified on passport renewal. It would be very helpful if somebody replies me as i have one more month to renew passport.
My petition got approved in july 2016 and is valid till June 2017. My passport expires on July 2017.
When petition was approved, the stamping dates were filling fast, so i had to schedule for an interview and it is scheduled to be in Nov 1st week.
Meanwhile, Can i go for passport renewal? Since, current passport number is given in DS160, if i renew passport, will it cause any problem?
Is there any process to change the new passport number in DS160?
Pls help me in this regard.
