H1 Cancelled - Outside US - Options

At POE, used valid H1B to enter US. Had AP/EAD but did not used as advised by company/lawyer. H1B Cancelled and AP cancelled at port of entry by CBP, volunteer withdraw, returned home and while trying to sort this mess, the comany terminated employment. AoS is pending still. In the meantime, another employer is willing to offer job in US. Family i stuck in US and I am stuck outside.

Question: Can I ask for new H1B stamping with another employer ? Presently I am outside US

Do I have any short term options to return? Any help, pointers please?
