I am planning to go for Visa stamping after 9 years, Because I don't want to wait long time for my green card ( my PD is Jun 15 2011) and I did not do any master degree here, I came to USA through H1 visa on April 24 2007.
Now the emergency time has arrived, So Please advise or provide your suggestion.. what is the best time to go for visa stamping ( Canada will be OK or need to go to home [India] country) .
What are the necessary document that I need to carry.. I am really worried about my stamping.
