H1 visa holder relocated when wife attending H4 stamping ( receip only for amendment)

My wife had booked for H4 stamping long time back and is about to attend it . i am on H1
In the interim my company asked me to relocate to a different location and they filed my amendment ( LCA) for which only receipt is available at this point and not the approval .
Is it ok for my wife to continue with the H4 stamping as planned .

What would she say if asked for the location of your work? The answer would obviously not match the I797.
