we had applied for H1b in 2015 and in november 2015 our status was updates as below
''On November 23, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EAC15....... Our Vermont Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address''.
its been nearly an year and no up date, i had emailed to USCIS as well but no response , is anyone under the same roof? ple guide me accordingly. how can I proceed farward...
