H1-B Amendment via Premium Processing
Hi, I recently applied an Amendment in Premium Processing Mode and in 10 days, the status got changed to 'RFE'.
Could someone let me know if I respond to the RFE query, will the USICS will still consider the response as a Premium Processed case or they consider their regular processing times. Please advise.
