Hi,
1)I'm currently in usa on h4 visa(valid until nov 2007). I have an offer letter from a company & they said they'll also sponsor my h1. They said they'll file the h1 application on 1st April & I can only begin work by 1st Oct.Can I start work before that? The company attorneys said they dont think so. Are they right?
2)I'm planning on visiting india in april & returning by july 1st week. Can I come back to usa on my h4 visa(as it's valid until nov 2007)? Or will I have any problems during my return? Or should I wait until I get the approved papers & get my H1 stamped on my passport & return?
Please advise.
