How to check available dates for Toronto

Is it possible to check available dates for toronto consulate for H1B stamping without submitting DS-160 ?
I am planning to travel in november 2016. I am worried if I submit DS-160 for toronto consulate and later on there are no dates available for toronto, will I be able to submit a new DS-160. Not sure if that can create a problem during stamping.

- Toronto has only one date in the first week of Dec'16
- No you cant view the dates without entering all details and making a payment (that is the whole reason this thread is about, existing users logged in may help out others)
- You can always carry your new DS160 when you go for the interview
