Here is my scenario:-
I am on H4 visa and my H1b application has been select in Lottery on April 11 2016 but it is still pending with USCIS stating that "Case has been received".
1. I have planned the India trip on Nov 2016 returning on Jan 2017 and have H4 stamping interview in November 2016. What will happen to my H1b petition if approved before my travel?
2. What will happen to my H1b petition if approved while I am in India.
3. Will there be any risk on my H1b petition if I travel to India?
Please advice.
